Perfect location in the old town, grocery just in front, coffee houses, restaurants, and shops nearby. Comfy beds and stylish furnishings.

The location was so perfect! I felt like I had my own private beach and everything I needed was just a short walk away. It was like living in my own little paradise.
Oh, who needs good lighting and functional bathrooms anyways? Not me! I loved feeling like I was living in a haunted house with showers that belonged in a horror movie.

prefecture duplex - old town was the perfect base for our day tour in nice. the location couldn't be better - close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. the apartment was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. the landlord was friendly and accommodating. highly recommended for a great stay in nice!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was great, providing excellent service. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the beds were comfortable. the location couldn't have been better, with easy access to all the popular tourist spots and great restaurants nearby.
